INGREDIENTS

125g nut butter of your choice
105g unsweetened apple sauce
60g coconut sugar
70g maple syrup
150g oat flour (use glutennfree if needed)
1,5tsp baking powder
70g chocolate chips (use white chocolate if you have a histamine intolerance)

Method:

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and line a baking dish or casserole dish with baking paper. Mix all the ingredients in a big bowl and distribute evenly in the dish. Bake for 30min and let it cool off before cutting into squares. Store up to one week in an airtight container.
