Method:
Place the onion and garlic into a pot and roast for a few minutes. Add the vegetables and herbs and mix well. Pour the vegetable broth, tomato pasta and chopped tomatoes on top. Finally add the kidney beans and simmer for 15min.
For the rice, add the basmati rice and coconut milk in a pot and cook until soft. Add salt to taste. Serve the chili sin carne with the rice, yogurt and coriander.
