Carrot Overnight Oats

INGREDIENTS

1 carrot, shredded
1/2tsp turmeric
100g oats (gluten-free if needed)
200ml almond milk
3tbsp yogurt of your choice for example coconut yogurt
2tsp sunflower seeds
1tbsp raisins
1tbsp maple syrup
Toppings of your choice for example nut butter and coconut chips

Method:

Place all the ingredients into a bowl, mix with a spoon and cover up. Soak for at least 1h or overnight in the fridge. You can store the oats up to 3 days in the fridge
