Support your immune system on colder days with this delicious ginger soup. Add a few pumpkin seeds on top if you like.

INGREDIENTS

1/2 pumpkin
3 carrots
piece of ginger
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
pinch cumin
350 ml water
1 tbsp olive oil
shot lemon juice

Method:

Sauté the vegetables in a pot with a little olive oil and season. Add the liquid ingredients and simmer until the vegetables are soft (approx. 20-30min)

Puree everything with a hand blender or in a blender. Enjoy
