Caramel Popcorn

INGREDIENTS

200g corn kernels
3tbsp coconut oil
Caramel Sauce:
2tbsp coconut oil
2tbsp almond butter
1tbsp maple syrup

Method:

Place the corn kernels and coconut oil in a pot and heat up. Close the lid and wait for all the kernes to pop. Make sure to shake it in between so nothing gets burned in the bottom. Stir together all the ingredients for the caramel. Pour the popcorn into a large bowl. Add the caramel and mix.
