Caramel Overnight Oats

Tip: banana is a histamine liberator. If you have a histamine intolerance just leave out the banana and enjoy without!

Difficulty Easy

INGREDIENTS

80g oats
1tbsp chia seeds
dash of maple syrup
sprinkle of cinnamon
pinch of salt
1tbsp raisins
1tbsp roasted almond butter
1 banana, chopped (optional)
160ml oat milk

Method:

Place all the ingredients into a bowl and mix well with a spoon. Cover the bowl and let it soak in the fridge for at least 1h or overnight. Serve with your favourite toppings such as cacao nibs, nut butter or fruits.
