INGREDIENTS

100g almond butter
50g Medjool dates, pitted
Pinch of salt

Method:

Place all the ingredients into a food processor and pulse until smooth. Line a small tray or casserole dish with baking paper and press the dough in. Freeze for 2 hours until firm and cut into small squares. Wrap in baking paper like a bonbon and store in the fridge.
