Berry Overnight Oatsback to main
This is my super creamy recipe for berry overnight oats. Quickly made and the perfect meal prep.
My tip: To save time in the mornings, make 2-3 servings at once and store it in an airtight box in the fridge. All you need is to add your favourite toppings and you’ve got a delicious breakfast. It’s also great to take with you to university or work.
Add berries, coconut milk, oat milk, and maple syrup to a blender and blend well. Mix oats and chia seeds and vanilla in a separate bowl.
Add the sauce of berries to the oats and mix well. Store overnight in the fridge and top in the morning with nut butter and your favourite toppings!
