A perfect healthy snack in 5 minutes. It’s super delicious, refreshes and gives you energy.

Tipp: for histamine intolerance use almond butter and white chocolate.

 

Serves 1 Bowl

INGREDIENTS

1-2 Apple
2 Tbsp almond butter/peanut butter
handfull nuts and seeds (almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds)
100 g chopped dark chocolate

Method:

Cut the apple in slices, plate it. Sprinkle peanut butter, chopped chocolate and seeds over it. Enjoy
