Oh Hello….

I can’t remember when and where I tried an Acai Bowl for the first time but I do remember that I fell in love immediately. I have no idea, why it took me so long to put up my own Acai Bowl recipe. I guess there was a huge hype around it this year and I felt there were already so many recipes out there. Never the less, so many have been asking for it and since I love my Acai Bowl the best I really wanted to share it with all of you amazing people who have been supporting me so much!

Some might think this is a very summery breakfast but I can eat an Acai Bowl all year around. I love that you can switch up the topping depending on what’s in season and what you like. I absolutely love to add my favourite homemade granola on top, which I always try and make over the weekend to have it ready for a busy week.

This bowl is the perfect combination of creamy, crunchy, fruity, sweet and sour. It only takes a few minutes to prepare and is just heavenly.

xx
